MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
RESIDENT MEMBER
Initiation: $75,000
Annual Dues: $5,225
The Resident Member is purchased in conjunction with the purchase of a home in Harb’r Stone Village at Fox Harb’r. It allows for full playing privileges and access to all Resort Amenities. Transferable.
COMPANION RESIDENT MEMBER
Initiation: $37,500
Annual Dues: $5,225
The Companion Resident Member is designed for the golfing spouse, partner or cohabitant of the Resident Member of Harb’r Stone Village. It allows for full playing privileges, access to all Resort. Transferable.
CORPORATE MEMBER
Initiation: $75,000
Annual Dues: $4,950 per designee
Participation: 3 designees per Corporate Membership
The Corporate Membership is designed for the Corporation with three appointed designees. It allows for full playing privileges, access to all Resort Amenities. This membership is subject to a 20-year term.
JUNIOR MEMBER
Annual Dues: $935
Age: 12-17
(on January 1 of the applicable golf season)
The Junior Member must accompany a Resident Member. The Junior Member is within the immediate family being the child, son/daughter in-law, niece/nephew, or grandchild. This membership allows access to all Resort Amenities with certain restrictions.
